Road Conditions: Overall very good. Repaving along 5 in the whole county has made for a smooth ride. The ride from Burnsville is 15 miles, mostly level, no big ridge lines to climb, no sharp curves. Rt 5 from Glenville to Grantsville is 25 miles. Excellent road, smooth ride, only one ridge line to cross. Added bonus of the Koffee Kup Restaurant in Grantsville (bet you can't eat a whole order of their biscuits & gravy plate). Rt 33 to Spencer is a little more challenging, with a couple of ridge lines to cross, but overall very nice ride. Halfway there you can cut south on 16 and be back on I-79. |

Restaurant on site, plenty of parking, a little higher on the rates, but newer and a little nicer. |

Main Street across from Common Place. Carry out only. Dry Hays City ( where 5 T's into 33, mile east of Glenville) McDonalds, China One (eat in or carry out) Foodland, UPAK, RICH Gas, Exxon, Rite Aid. |
