Thank you for your interest in Mountain Thunder!

www.WestVirginiaBikers.com is a site dedicated to the motorcycle rider in West Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic and we feel it is a key responsibility of ours to support and promote local vendors and businesses!

We are holding this event to kick of the riding season and to raise awareness and support for our sponsored rider in this years Hoka Hey Challenge, a cross country motorcycle ride only for the most serious of rider - Check it out, we think you'll agree.

We have also choosen to dedicate a portion of our fund raising dollars to the American Diabeties Association, a charity close to us as Mitchell was diagnosed last year.

Bottom line, we'd want you to help us make this a great event we can look forward to growing the event year after year.

Here are the details:

*Event is on Saturday April 3rd

*Vendor setup is from 9-10am

*Gate opens at 11am
There is an outdoor patio and folks can grab cold beer and walk around to check out your booths/bikes - I think this is very cool!

*A poker run leaves Full House Cycles in Winchester between 9-11 and will get to Longshots about 2-4pm.

*Vendors can break down anytime after 5:30 pm, and must be cleaned up by 6:30pm to make room for parking for the band starting at 8:pm

*Vendors are requested to make a product or service donation to our raffle

That's it! Come, have a great time, stay for the band and help us make the event great.

What we do need is commitments. We realize that without a Vendor fee it might be easy to change plans. However, we will count on you and your donation, so please treat this as you would any important show ;-)
